    On our marriage certificate it does not show my married name. I wanted to add my huband's last name to mine, but on the certificate does not show it, the officers told us to be consistent everytime I had to use it, and just keep doing that. Does anyone know if I need it changed on the certificate or just use his last name like it was changed on the certificate?? I'm confused by that :S

      We justtalked to the Clerk about this subject. It will show on Marriage certificate your maiden name and when you go to do your Drivers license, SSN you can put in married name iwth your marriage certificate in hand! We just talked about this yesterday!!! :)
