I am currentely in Costa Rica, I just was given the inmigrant visa for my son, I am US citizen.

I need to apply for his D600 and I am not sure how to do it and long it will take from the time we file until he gets oathed !

Will he have to take his finger prints taken, will we have to go to an interview again?

Anybody has any idea about how far the NVC will move forward this coming April 2011 regarding F4As visas?

My son's Cuff of date is May 22, 2009.

I am only waiting the visa to become available again to get his interview scheduled.

You can find a friend or family member the father of the child to watch over him until you return. I too have a brother that is only 14 and cant be left by himself. my parents who are both LPRs is overseas with him currently.

How long out of the USA already? More seriously is the LPR status may also be considered to be abandoned if living outside the USA too long.

I have entered the US every 3 to 4 months but I have been here for almost 3 years.

I am a LPR trapped in Costa Rica due my son born here.

I have applied for him and finally got his I-30 approved.

Now I am pregnant with my 2nd baby and due in June 2011

I am currently waiting for my son's date to get current again, our case was completed on Dec 2010.

Any idea what else I can do?

since I have to leave to the US to deliver my daughter and cannot leave my son here by him self

He is only 3 years old.

please any advice will help !
