    You have to have the PCC done prior to the interview to submit to VFS office. My husband had to pay extra for his to get his quickly. See if maybe she can go to Mumbai and have done. We did not submit the PCC to the NVC, only a police clearance.

    I printed off the NVC website and mailed directly.

    He got his in Mumbai.

    We submitted a police clearance with the 230 to the NVC and he took the PPC with him to the VFS office to submit prior to his interview. He did not need the interview letter.
