for some reason this story doesn't surprise me at all....
-
hey guys i got my biometrics appointment yesterday, unfortunately its the week my wife was planning on going to visit her mom, do you guys know if she needs to be there, or can i just go by myself?
-
i already sent it last Thursday, so i have the chance to correct it in the interview?.... how is the process btw?? what i know its that the work permit doesn't take that long, do they interview us before the I765 is approve?
-
today i was curious about what we sent, so i start checking all the copies , i noticed that we marked female and male on the gender in the form i765... do you guys think we will be denied?
-
I am guessing he meant to say they are having problem filling out the correct paper work or they were not aware of the correct paperwork to be done.
yup..
-
do i need two cover sheets?
-
OK... I'm done with all the forms and everything, anybody can show me how the cover sheet should look like?? and also how should i send it??? should i staple them or put the forms in two different envelopes? and how much should the money order should be made of?

If you look at the guides here, or the instructions on USCIS, they both tell you the answer:
For I-130, you BOTH fill out the G-325A and attach the photos
For I-485, YOU (the alien) has to fill out G-325A
So - if you are filing both forms, you fill that same form for both of them (i.e. fill it out and print 2 copies..) and your spouse will fill out one copy, for I-130.
oh ok thank... you... for your answer...
-
anybody??? the guide says... we both have to file one (g-325a)... i read on some post that only the beneficiary needs to do it... which statement is true?
-
OK guys im stuck again with the g-325a form. i was doing some research and it says that only I (the beneficiary) need to fill out the g-325a form, however the guide says that both of us need to fill out one?? do we both need to or only the beneficiary?? also the form asks for "a" file number, i don't have one, neither my wife since she is a born us citizen what do we put in there?
-
Meaning, whatever is true, enter that information.
so i should put my current address and mark from the time we live together until today's date?
-
The truth.
haha what do you mean the truth?? should i write my adress and mark from the time we live until todays date???
-
OK guys i been filling the I-130 can anybody tell me what should i put on question 21??? we been living together long ago even when we where just boyfriend and girlfriend... (same addresses) what should i put?
-
i been living with my wife since she was 18 and we still are living together in the same address what should i put in question 21??? s
-

thanks for the replies guys.... the link is very helpful http://www.visajourn...page=i130guide2

thanks guys, i really dont know too much about the subject, im just asking so i don't do anything stupid.... so I should start with the I-130 and I485???
When did the I-194 expired, that's when your overstay started. What type of visa did your family arrive on, if it was a visitor visa, then you can pretty much conclude that no visitor visa gives anyone years to visit at a time. You are using the incorrect terminology, a visa is a multi-entry pass. The I-194 tells you how long you can visit for that entry.
Your post leaves out alot of important information, please give the what, when, where and how facts to your story.
my visa says R B1/B2....

^ thanks for your answer and for your link, doe it matter that the visa expires on feb 2012???
