I was just wondering if you recieved your visa yet and how long after the embassy recieved your i864 did it take. the consulate officer wouldn't give me any extra info on it so i was left confused

hey am very sorry for disturbing you but I have a small question. When you finished your visa interview how much longer did you have to wait to recieve your visa. I am just looking into booking flights and was wondering how far ahead i need to book my flights. my interview is in Dublin

as soon as you get case number you should start working on police certs as sometimes they can take a while to come through

our i-130 was approved mid june and we had our case number by the 7th of July. we paid the affidavit of support fee straight away then sent the affidavit form through. that was processed in a few days then paid the immigration fee and sent the d230 in, that was sent back as I made a few mistakes on it but then they requested my wedding cert and police certs so hopefully i'll get interview soon

hey, just thought I'd say hi as were both irish and going through the same visa process. what stage are you at now? today I sent my ds230 with my police certs, wedding cert etc so hopefully in the next few weeks i'll get my interview date. its all so stressful. I hope everything goes well with your process and you get to the US soon

hey, just thought I'd say hi. our visa timelines are very similar, we applied for ours a month before you guys. how is the process going for you, we recently sent off our ds230, police certs, wedding cert, birthcert etc, hopefully they will process that quickly and we can get our interview soon. I can't wait to get to the US so hard being away from my wife
