  1. On July,12th, my interview took place.

I went to the Embassy on Lima-Peru, with my son.

I arrived the embassy at 8:45 and we were directed to window Number 9, there a woman asked for the forms and our passports, then after ten minutes approximately, a gentle lady called me to window number 9, there, a very kind and nice lady was arrengement our file and she asked me some questions about me and my fiance and our relationship. Then I went to window Number 15, where two men asked me some questions about me and my fiance: How did you meet? Where did you meet? When did he propose? Do you know your fiance was married? When did he get married?. Then one of the men anuled my tourist visa and he told me that I cant have two kinds of visa.

But I didnt have with me the MEDICAL CERTIFICATION (I took the medical certification on July, the 8th) and asked me for the divorce sentence of my previous marriage. So he gave me a yellow letter with some directions to send later the medical certification, the certificate copy of my divorce and the passports by DHL.

Since I had to ask the certificate copy to the Court,I havent sent what they have required before they pronounce about my K1 visa.

I hope I can get the copies from Court next monday (July 28th and 29th is our Independece Holiday), till then, everything is stand by. I hope everything goes well.

Thank you very much for be there for me.

    May God Bless u all.

  2. As a "Vermonter", I approve of these findings!

We sent ours in at the end of January so here's hoping things continue the way they're going! But let's not forget those who still don't have theirs after passing 5-6 months... (moment of silence) and hope they get theirs soon too!

We are Vermonters too, from the end of January also. Still patiently waiting.

  3. Try to call her several times a day just to say: "I love you" and " I just called to say I am thinking of you" . That, maybe, will help her.

Another great idea is chat or skype with family and close friend in her own country.

Just be tender with her. She is in the "sweet waiting" and mentally and psicological everything changes. All she needs is you by her.

love her (L) , take care of her B-) ...she needs no more but you :) .

  4. this day feels like just a normal day, specifically another day of waiting.. i even told myself to not expect anything while im taking a bath and programming in my mind set that we will going to get our approval this last week of MAY... while chatting w/ my fellow filipina friend who just filed their k1 visa last march talking about petitions and gossips LOL A notification from Live messenger appeared in my lower right telling NEW MAIL FROM: USCIS... I stopped for a while, my blood started to raise up.... im so nervous to open cause im thinking its either RFE or Approved.......... when I opened it i felt dizzy cause i dont know where to start reading.. finding the word APPROVED.. then I found it!! THANK YOU ALMIGHTY GOD for this unexpected gift.. my fiance and me are so excited!!!!!! going to take the last step then we're going to be in each other's arms :) Thanks VJ friends :)
