It is a shame to be let down like that by someone they loved... I hope that she is able to live a fulfilled life and find true happiness back home... Everything happens for a reason and when one door shuts, it directs us towards another one...

There is nothing you can do. It is between her and the petitioner. The conditions of her visa were clear. Get in and marry the petitioner within 90 days or leave the country. If she does not want to get married she can always go back home.
