hi hopeandsun!we applied our marriage cert last aug16 and still we havent receive the copy yet.they told us that the only way to expedite the process is to fax a letter of urgency coming from hubby's employer.to be used for the process of my mmedical insurance.
cesmt - What?! Ang tagal mo na palang naghihintay. Damn! Is that the only reason to expedite it? Kasi I'm worried with my Dad's health, and gusto ko na ma-process agad yung AOS para if ever something happens, I can go back to the PI. Do you think that's a valid reason?
