      in cebu we have to attend a seminar 1st..bec that is one of the requirements when getting a passport then after you have attended the seminar the staff will advise you to go back in there office after you got your passport with visa for the CFO sticker....and some travel guidelines.....Good Luck to your Journey...God Bless all

      What do you mean by CFO? Is this the seminar that they need to attend to prior to leaving Philippines? My fiance's visa was approved and just waiting for the visa to be delivered. Is this CFO the seminar provided by DFA?
