For us, they scheduled an interview after I requested it via email. If you do it this way, be sure and bring a print out of the email they send you to schedule the interview. We never got a letter or anything else for the interview time and date, although many others at the embassy on the same day did have other types of "receipts". It is SO CONFUSING and frustrating!

There's no reason why you cannot accompany her on the bus ride. Viana and Hedman Alas are safe and comfortable.
