We did receive NOA 2 on May 30, although didn't received any electronic notification of it at all. Only discovered it by going to NCIS website. Waiting for the official paper version in mailbox, but we guess all is well and we are on to the next step!

No NOA-1 yet, we anticipate getting it very end of May or first week of June, based on normal 5 month processing time out of California office. Only a few do better than that, most right at 5 month period. Congratulations to you both! I would be interested to learn, after visa approval at the US Embassy in Kiev that it took to receive the actually Passport/Visa. Did you have it FedEx'd elsewhere in Ukraine, or pick it up at the FedEx office in Kiev? Thanks!
