I just saw your old post re NBI Letter of explanation. I have all the documents in USEM, left my passport with them and they told me that they will going to contact NBI. How long will it be? Is there a possibility that I will be denied? I got BP22 case but were dismissed (docs have been attached to my application). I am just worried.

My case was closed June 20 and NVC told us to wait for 20 days before we would know our interview. After 5 days I called the NVC and they update us with our August 5 interview, also i got an email from them re my appointment interview.
