I am k3 visa and as of now am planning to apply EAD first before AOS is there anyone who has same situation as mine?? How long it will take to approve EAD? WAS it advisable to do this while saving $1070 for AOS. Any suggestion will help me, Thanks.

They will probably never send you a packet 3. You download it from the US embassy manila website. It will give you all the instructions of what you need to do. Just go to the immigrant visa link, and packets after that.

It will take a long time before you get your packet instruction. I got mine a day before my scheduled interview. You can pay the visa fee now. You have to pay before calling the embassy. When you pay, bring your passport.

Good Morning everyone, my case notice date July 12,2011 my husband received MNL# August 13. I wonder why until now i never received yet my packet instruction. Is it 2go courier will deliver? Can i pay the visa fee at BPI without calling Manila embassy? How to do step by step while waiting my packet? I really need an information from those who undergone this process. Thanks in advance

I-130 and I-129F was approved same date last July 12 but at present i had my MNL# for I-129f so i am very confuse now, is that mean I-130 was abandoned by NVC? Or are we still can receive MNL# for I-130. Hope anyone can answer the question i post. Thank you very much in advance.

My case was approved dated July 12,2011 still waiting for instructions and not calling NVC yet until August 12 since it was stated in NOA2 that we can call after 30days, so we are waiting for that date and if we never receive any from them then we will call. Do you think my interview will be schedule on September? I am looking forward to receive my appointment letter this month. God Bless to all.

Both we received NOA2 since we have different case number. I-130 has receipt date,notice date and priority date. But I-129F only receipt date,notice date no specific for priority date then approval notice has specific valid time only for 4months starting from july 12.

Good day My husband received NOA1 last Feb 14 and no further instruction yet,My question is how long he will wait the instruction from uscis that he will submit the affidavit of support?Is NOA2 come first before filling I-864? 90days was over. I really want to hear from the people who had same case thanks in advance.

I was married to american last year and he filed I-130 alone(spouse visa) and last february 2011 he just received the notice receipt but no any further instructions on it.
