    So our petition got denied, what's next?...SAD

    We got denied on our first application last Feb, the reason is lack of evidences and my hubby didn't include our proof of genuine relationship, then after that, we decide to just re-file cause appeal is not really sure if how long does it take until they could re-open the application and takes lot of $$,or else it could be useless.SO, when we refiled my hubby did all the necessary papers,evidences completed, he double ,triple check over and over before he sent it,and he wrote a letter that explains why we wanted to re-file, and then after few days, we got the noa1, and the waiting time begins on our 2nd application after 5months and 1 day we got the NOA2 approval with (No RFE)Thank GOD. in my opinion just go on re-file....     i feel you guys, that's what i feel now, so frustrating and stressful of waiting for noa2, im also a july filer, our noa1 is 18.and still no noa2, almost in the 5th months of waiting... my fiance called uscis and was told that we need to wait until the approx date/month which is on dec.18, and if there is still no update or approval we will call them again to follow up, i hope our noa2 will come to soon. i miss my fiance soo much...

    Hello fmsdjcrzy, we have on the same experienced, me and my fiance got denied due to lack of evidence and now we're still thinking what should we do take an appeal or refile..we received an email saying :

    On June 10, 2011, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of June 10, 2011, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

    During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

    nope nothing for me..but I've been checking Igor's timeline everyday like what danik713 it can be just around the corner. Seems that CSC is now working on Dec Fillers which means we'll get approved in 2 months? luv.gif I really miss being with my baby it's summer here in the Philippines and it's uberly hot....I miss being in a cold weather too

    I was also thinking if we can already start getting the necessary documents like for me here in the Philippines maybe I can start working on my Police, NBI clearance and Cenomar.....whatcha guys think?

    Helo,this would be me my opinion, since you have a close simular situation with my fiance with his relationship before, First,after i read you're post i am thinking if that women calls you a cheap? i can say she does not want your love,she wants your $$ is all for his own happiness. So, much better if you wake up early this time, and don't be to fool, u should know what's really going on there.You are nice men i can tell, but don't let your fiancee taken advantage of u. You should not marry that woman who does not appreciates u and not giving u importance on what have you done and give to her. DOn't be to fool staying with her. Perhaps you can find an asian women who deserves you're love, beautiful inside and out and not aftering your money.And one thing try to tell you're fiancee to imagine being you? having a hard working days just to fulfilled the needs of a materialistic person, and how long it takes to save that much and give it? and after all you give,then she will just calls you a "CHEAP? Wow, she's acting like a spoiled princess.SHe sounds worse than american women. SO, once you decide to look somewhere else, then u put all your hopes in that,some women in Phils can be very tricky, not ALL... I hope our opinion and advices here will gave u a big help or to decide... Hope you have a good day.. God Bless...

    @ barn and Cean, yes girl... hehe.. hope our Noa2 we'll get approved sooner..!! anyway, why do you have emailed back? on your timeline here?i mean this one you're timeline. 02/14/11 - received I-797C and NOA1 in mail with RFE

    - sent papers back with the correct cheque date and form

    02/16/11 - arrival of papers sent back to USCIS

    02/18/11 - cheque cashed

    02/20/11 - Touched

    02/25/11 - received hard copy of NOA1 sent to CSC
