    that's what told me to wait 30 days when I called USCIS last monday .

    I received email that my I130 was approved and my case upgraded to CR1 from F2A at the same time. Just be patient! It's coming trust me .

    Thanks Cathy! My interview was on July 11th and I called for service request to USCIS and upgrade my I130 on same day . I am very glad just took abit more than a week to approved I130. I hope you get ur NOA2 soon .

    I am still waiting .... VJ timeline is just a estimated based on average approval........hope I get approved soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
