i went to DMV to get a drivers license and the officer didnt let me to have the test because my I-94 will expire on july 10 and it should be valid for 60 days, please hep! i want to have driver's license already and my point iis, it is impossible to be at DMV with a 60 days valid I-94 beacause k1 visa I-94 are only valid for 90 days and ibefore you apply SSN u need to wait for 2 weeks and another 2 weeks or longer tto have your card. i think its not reasonable that the I-94 should b...
