    I suggest you do the medical again here in USA, It will cost you anything from 200-400, small authorized medical clinics are cheap, I did mine for 220 USD, Second don't worry about the TB test, if it swells more than 5mm, they will do an x-ray and then you will be clear. It probably wont, just don't mess around with it. mine bruised really bad but did not swell. All will be fine don't worry, you will ahve your green card soon.
