i saw your post and we too got rfe last june 9th. i was so disappointed and even wanted to blame my honey for not thoroughly checking our application.

we waited for like 4 days for the hard copy of the rfe since the date they sent it fell on a friday. it was an agonizing 4 day wait. our rfe were: first, they needed an english translation on all foreign language documents.

yes, my fiance is from CA but he's from sacramento. a bit far from LA, about 4 hour far.hehehe. but all the same, i love meeting people here especially we're on the same boat waiting for the elusive noa2.

which was absurd cause all our documents were in english. the second rfe was what was overlooked by our lawyer. he forgot to answer the question on whether or not my honey had previously filed for a fiance or spouse visa to another foreign national.

let's stay strong and remained our faith in God. that things will unfold on themselves and reveal his grand plans for us.

i have a strong feeling and with faith,our no2 will be coming before my honey's b'day this month.that will be the gift and a big day for us honey,i loveu honey.

ohhh...maybe we could meet sometime in the future.it's been so hard waiting for the elusive noa2. it's been sooo hard, we always wanted to drop everything and let him come and live with me.but he got work and family there. we can't do a thing. i wish and pray we'll both have the noa2 as quickly as possible.and be approved on the interview.best of luck.
