which was absurd cause all our documents were in english. the second rfe was what was overlooked by our lawyer. he forgot to answer the question on whether or not my honey had previously filed for a fiance or spouse visa to another foreign national.

let's stay strong and remained our faith in God. that things will unfold on themselves and reveal his grand plans for us.

i saw your post and we too got rfe last june 9th. i was so disappointed and even wanted to blame my honey for not thoroughly checking our application.

we waited for like 4 days for the hard copy of the rfe since the date they sent it fell on a friday. it was an agonizing 4 day wait. our rfe were: first, they needed an english translation on all foreign language documents.

thank you for the encouragement. sometimes i feel the noa2 is still far but as you've said, it could be around the corner na,and malapit na. i asked my honey if what i said about 4 hour drive from LA to sacramento is about right, and he told me i was not even close. LA to sacramento and vice versa is about 5-6 hour drive. whew!imagine. but the world has become too small, it is borderless.

yes, my fiance is from CA but he's from sacramento. a bit far from LA, about 4 hour far.hehehe. but all the same, i love meeting people here especially we're on the same boat waiting for the elusive noa2.
