      as per what i read from I-134 and I-864 forms instructions, anyone can be a co-sponsor. but i read somewhere...a relative is better. but we really don't know how a consul's mind works

      were right just behind you. after 2nd rfe and all the worries,were approved 3days working after they received our docs. two days left remaining before the due date. wow, to god be the glory.

      thanks ray anne.we have received the return slip from the USCIS. they have received our response for the rfe already. hoping and praying ardently for our NOA2 approval. we badly miss each other soooo much.
