Congrats on your nearly-time-for-POE too! It almost doesn't feel real yet. Though I guess I should probably get started on clearing out some closet space for him, haha.

Well, I get to enjoy staying put. He's the Aussie, from Brisbane. Heading up hopefully within the next month, he still needs to close up a few things there, and visit his family for a while.

Plus plane tickets are stupidly expensive at the moment, what the heck. I wish one way tickets were actually cheaper.

Like a lot of other people here have mentioned, the interview itself was extremely quick and easy -- they didn't even want to look at any of the EOR we put together.

But he did mention that a lot of the people in front of him seemed to have a hard time of it, and had to show lots of info. Didn't think they were K-1's, though.

Holy cow, you already have an interview date? That was fast!

We both got NOA2 on the same date, but I just got Packet 3 from Sydney today. Which is fine, because amazingly, USCIS/NVC are working faster than we are... still waiting on the police cert.

NOA2! For some reason, My Case Status on the USCIS website has never worked for me -- always came back saying the case couldn't be found -- but today I typed in my receipt number on a whim. And bam, there it was, Post Decision Activity!
