      Hullo :D Sa SMEF-COW. Onti lang pumunta last Wednesday. Wala ring masyado sinabi when I had my one on one with the Counselor :) It started late coz they wanted to wait for other attendees.

    Packet 3 is the letter where it says you can download the forms and packets on the manila us embassy website. Packet 4 is the Letter of Eligibility :)
