yes we already send our AOS together with EAD and travel thru our lawyer and he is the one who send it at the USCIS office, he said he sent it MAY 24, and he told us to wait mail from USCIS, im wondering why its takes too long and even email from them we didnt receive that they receive the packet..im so worried, my visa will be expired this week, i dont know what to do, am i illegal already? and we are planning next week for vacation in different states.

hello visajourney members, did anyone knows how long did the homeland security receive the packet for AOS, EAD? we send our packet May 24, but until now we dont have any mail from them, my visa will be expired this june 15, im so worried maybe im illegal to stay here in US although we are married but we send them all the requirements thru our lawyer, and our lawyer told us he sent it may 24 and right now he's on vacation.. im so worried.. any advice will be appreciated..thanks vj members.

when im doing my medical it takes only 1 day, she can go there around 1pm so she cannot wait in a long lane, and only few people go there in the afternoon, but hope your fiancee dont have menstrual period when she go for medical so that it takes only 1 day and give her vaccine in same day also. and if you are in k1 visa wait until she will be approved for interview at US embassy in manila before she get her CFO seminar and sticker. that is the last thing to do before she fly here in the US. she can do her cfo seminar to get certificate but she cannot get stiker until she's approve and the best day to go at the CFO is tuesday because there's only few people and its takes only 3 hours in there. dont go there monday because there's too many people:) really crowded inside in one room. i been there tuesday and we are only 5 people going to US so its easy really easy for us that day not really crowded and it takes only few hours there. and the best thing to do to get her interview thru online appointment its takes aminute compare by calling phone at the embassy.

Mostly their question, where did you meet? what site? how old is your fiancee? where he live? what is his work? and asking for divorce? the last divorce? it takes only 3 minutes, its really easy and they didnt ask any evidence like pictures etc, he just asking thats all. so dont be nervous, its really really easy. i just arrived here in US and same question at the port of entry immigration officer. the consul in manila embassy are so nice. maybe u get nervous for initial interview with the filipina compare to the american consul for final interview. Hi do u hear starcargo box? u can check website abs cbn star cargo box i think its more cheaper and they said no limit of weight. here in US we pay only $75 dollars and no weight limit for the big box, try to check website. she can look in google. abs cbn star cargo.

I have my ssn and they said VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION, and i like to get examination for my driver's license so that i can start working, do i need to wait my greencard before i apply for license?

because they look my passport and I-194 and they said they need to wait to be expired it till may 17 before they need to issue me a state id or driver licence, because if they issue me a state id it will be expired also till may 17 which is in my I-194, i dont know what to do? my greencard still on process. its hard to apply a job if u cant drive. something wrong with it, we're just married last april 2 but we already have marriage licence to show that we are already married and i have my ssn already.

im k1 visa process and we just get married last april 2 and now im planning to apply for driver licence or state id, is it ok to get driver licence even without greencard yet? we been to the office while ago to ask the requirements he said i need to wait till my I-194 to expire before to get a licence, any comment will appreciating, thanks.

thank you all vj members, i know all of you are just concerned about me and i really appreciate it, i think he didnt hurt physically, its just he didnt control his anger for a reason and i found it when he saw me to staring my travel bag. well i have alots of same nationality here in my place, and i know where im going to call once he hurt me physically, he said he never do anything to put him in a jail, so atleast he knows where he is going when he hurt me:), i give him another chance in despite of i cared and love him. Again, thank you to all for giving me advices here in VJ, its my first time to post here. i just want to share what i feel that time. thank you so much all vj member, Im happy no matter what all the vj member are here to listen and to give advices to everyone.

thank you guys for advice, i talk him and he is asking for forgiveness not to do that again, i tell him, im going home when he do it again, i didnt give him another chance, and now i think he is sincere, i saw him crying feel sorry for what he done, well i have softhearted too so i give him another chance. im thinking all the advice that all vj members given me, im very much thankful, i will still update here, i need to end of this topic now. again thank you vj member, Im proud to be a member of this site:)

Im going to heart to heart talk with him, and if he asking for forgiveness i will forgive him and giv him second chance, maybe he have the reason and i dont know. thank you guys for advices, but we need to talk first what i am to him. thanks alot, im glad im a member this site because atleast i have an idea and all of you are willing to help. again, thank you all. i need to talk with him what's going on to our relationship.

thanks NickD u know what, im expecting he can love me because im already here, he never become sweet to me, yeah he buy me some kind of stuff because i need it, but im expecting more respect not all clothes that he bought me. i want love and to be loved, im not happy for material things, i want im special to him, but i failed. all i got hurt feelings, he never gave me flowers or sweet kind of gesture. i always give him a chance to change his attitude, when im in country he promise me that he take care of me, and saying he love me more than i know, but what is this behavior he shown to me, i dont understand him.

yeah i feel scared, because im soft spoken person. i failed to find true love, im expecting despite of age matters i thought he is very understanding person and very patience, he is older than me in many years but im the one who give patience to him:(
