I have just been notified that my I130 petition was approved for my husband(We actually have not received the letter yet but i was notified via email). We live in Frankfurt, Germany and we are getting everything ready for the interview process. From the time that you send them the checklist agreeing that you have everything they require, how long does it take to get an interview?

Hello, I have been working so hard on my husband's visa. He is German, we are residing there and I am close to the interview stage.
I just have a few questions about the I-864 form. I would truly appreciate any help.
So,
1. Do I use my case number for an A-number? I assume no,but just checking.
2. I am filing this form in April. So, 2010 would count as the most recent tax year?
3. I did not file taxes for 2010 because I did not make enough, plus I have been in Germany over one year. Do I need to write an explanation of this?
4. We will use a joint sponsor, my husband's aunt. Even though she does not live in the state we are moving to, she can still be the joint sponsor? Will she need to produce more than just the completed form, proof of citizenship, tax return and W-2s, etc. I guess that would depend on the case, but that's the basics?
5. If you are familiar with the form, I have a question about part 4. Do I put my permanent U.S. address or my address in Germany?
thanks so much!

National Visa Center Interview in Frankfurt
in Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)

My husband(German) should have his interview very soon in Frankfurt for his visa to come to the US with me. I believe that we have everything, but I still get nervous!
BUT if I have forgotten something or have made a mistake with my papers, would I be able to just send them to the NVC? I would not have to go back and do everything over, right? When I gave them my I-130 petition, i think it was similar-that they would have just let me send in missing/incorrect forms. It would just help me to be a little less nervous if I knew the protocol.
thank you, alyssa
