Julia did have birth certificate and police certificate translated. But they did not ask for them....Also on the embassy's website says" as long as it is Ukrainian, Russian, or English it is good".. The translation is only for like say she had Chinese birth certificate, then that would need translated. Ask anytime you have question. Julia is HERE with me now))))))

In 5 hours Julia will be on her way to the Good Ol' US of A
