Use present address in US for current.
YES send a copy of your stamp. You want to prove you entered the US legally and that is your proof.

Thanks for clearing up the address question. So for that question i put my current US address and my address where i lived in the UK.
For the next part 'Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year.' I have put in the same UK address from the previous question. I hope that's the right way of completing it.
Which forms should i attach the copy of the stamp page to? Just the I-485 or the I-765 and the I-131 as well?

Just to confirm a few things before sending off. On the G-325A i selected the box that says 'Status as Permanent Resident'. I wasn't sure if i choose 'Other' and type in 'I-485' like i did with the I-130 which has already been submitted.
On the form it also asks for 'Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first'
Now do i put the address where i am currently staying in the U.S since i have been here? Or is it just asking for the addresses of the places where i have lived in the UK?
Everything else is pretty much ready to send off apart from the medical report which i should have pretty soon.
This is my checklist so far.
- Cover letter explaining what i have already filed for and the contents of this application
Form I-485 with attachments:
- I-797C, Notice of Action
- G-1145
- Check for $1070.00
- Copy of birth certificate
- Two photographs
- I-693, Medical Report (On its way)
- G-325A, Biographic Information
- I-864, Affidavit of Support with
- Copy of the income tax return for 2010
- Copy of W-2
- Copy of the income tax return for 2010
Form I-765 with attachments:
- Copy of my passport ID page
- Two photographs
Form I-131 with attachments:
- Copy of my passport ID page
- Two photographs
- Answer to question in Part 7
I dont have a visa in my passport so obviously cant show a copy of that. I only have a stamp that i got when i entered but i dont need to send a copy of that page do i?
I hope that is everything that is required to at least get my application on its way and hopefully not sent back.

Yeah i have seen that the San Diego office is rejecting VWP overstays on a few other posts on here. If it gets too late then i'm just gonna go back and not risk it.
I have included a copy of the I-797C, Notice of Action that i recieved after filing for the I-130. I take it that i just need to attach once copy to the I-485 only and not the I-765 and I-131 as well. Do they need a copy of the I-130 form too or is the I-797C good enough on its own?

Ok thanks for clearing that up.
I'm in California and have about 4 weeks before my 90 day stay period finishes. All the forms are all completed along with the required documents and are ready to be sent off except from one thing; the medical report. It just depends on how long it takes to get that. If it takes quite a while to get this report and gets too close to the end of the 90 day stay period before the papers have been sent off, then i will just have to go back to the UK and apply from there.

I'm going to send the I-485, I-765 and the I-131 off together and just wanted to know if i need to include three G-1145 forms for each of the applications or just one for the whole thing?

Hi, I've just registered and have been reading the guides and posts on this website but i'm still a bit confused and have some questions.
I came from the UK under the VWP in December 2010 to visit my family who are in the US. Basically i had no intentions of getting married and without going in to all the details i did get married to my wife who is a USC.
As i am still in the US i want to file the papers so that i can stay and also be able to work. I'm not sure exactly which forms are the right ones that i need to file as the guides talk about the application process for those who have a visa.
My wife has already completed the I-130 for me and sent it off along with the G325-A forms for both of us. I know that this form is to verify that we are genuinely married etc. but does it allow me to stay in the US once we have our interview and it has been approved? I'm not too sure about what exactly happens with this form.
What is the purpose of the I-485 and was i meant to send it along with the I-130? If so do i need to start the whole application from scratch or can i just submit the I-485 now on its own? Or do i need to wait now until the I-130 has been processed and then file the I-485? If i need to wait then it will take even longer for the whole thing to be processed. So what would happen in the mean time while the application is being processed as i can only stay for 90 days?
Am i allowed to submit the I-765, Application For Employment Authorization? I read through the instructions but i'm not sure which category i would come under as i came on the VWP.
Sorry for all the questions and i hope they make sense. I'm sure there are others on here that have been through the same situation, so any advice would be really appreciated.
