Is the anyone could help me?I am going to file my ROC this year,i am widower of USC,is anyone could help me what are other forms and evidence should i sent to immigration for my ROC?we don't have joint account with my late husband or joint tax return either.What i have is only the death certificate,SS and the life insurance but the last name that he used when he filled the Life insurance and SS is my maiden name.Is this enough evidence so i can file my ROC soon?thanks for the help.
