    OMG! I can't believe it!!!!!!!!

    :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: Ohhh my goodness!!!!! so i just got home tonight from work, after a hard work and busy day. As usual I opened my laptop to check the status off my K-1 petition, and as soon as I put the numbers in I saw these:

    On April 26, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

    I was shocked and so very happy that we got approved. I can't imagine how happy I am tonight and so relieved. I called my fiance in the Philippines but she forgot to bring her phone with her when she went to the market with her dad. So I tried to call her sister and luckily she answered the phone and she told me that she will be back soon. I don't know what will be her reactions once i tell her that our petition is approved.

    Now I come to believe that great things would come to those people who wait patiently. On the other hand my fiance and I went to tremendous wait and suffering while this thing is going on. But now we are feeling better and excited about the rest of our journey. As I remember, last night while I was talking to her to say good night and how much I love her that no matter how long will it takes wait to get her here, that I will never give up because true love means real patience and then I give her a kisss over the phone and "I love you baby" (L) (L) (L):P :P :P

    After a many months of waiting, much work, a lot of patience and, trust that all things happening for the greater good....Adams got his VISA today!! He will arrive in USA next Tuesday. Here's to new beginnings......

    Medical Examination - Passed!!

    Thank you Lord. I passed my medical today!! I was a bit kinda worried because I got little cough and cold because of allergy. While I was waiting for the result, I was worried coz I dont know, things like WHAT IF I will undergo Sputum test.. oh no that would be another long wait. When my name was called, then the incharged ask me a series of questions, (did I have previous vaccination, did I had checkin fox, first and last periods) when she told me to wait for the waiting area my name will be called for vaccination, I will be having 2 vaccines.. Wow, I was so happy... Thank you LORD.. You are so GOOD. You never leave me. Hope you will keep guiding me and the rest of my fellow vjs who are still in the process. :) :)

    Finnallllllllllly got approved guys!November 17th it was my date.Good luck for all of you.Any advice how to speed it up.what i supose to do next?Should i have to send some papers from here(from my country) for the NVC case?

    to speed things up,,be sure to be prepared ahead of time for all the docus that needs to be submitted..try visiting the wiki's for instructions during the NVC stage.. :hehe:

    On today's day...

    i just hit 5th months from my NOA1 date...but i got nothing...

    hopefully i get my NOA2 ASAP now...

    50% hair loss in last 5 months...do VSC provide hair regain product with my NOA2?LOL

    This is pissing me off..

    Thanks for the help! But one question, I noticed everyone says "passport". Does that mean I need to take mine or the beneficiary HAS to have one? My husband (beneficiary) never had a passport only i (petitioner) have one.

    the beneficiary should have his passport at this time because you will be submitting the copy of the biographic page of his passport at the NVC stage..advise him to get one now.. :thumbs:

    I am still on the process with the NVC . and still waiting for 20 businessdays. but my question is.. If i take my medical NOW how long does it expire?

    cause i still dont know when my interview date would be . and what if its the interview gonna take longer and i took my medical now am i gonna take another medical again.. HOW LONG DOES IT EXPIRE?

    Just wanted everyone to know that once the 2go delivery service receives the visa from the embassy, using your NVC number for tracking to verify that 2go actually has it and it is now in transit actually works. Go to e-trace and enter NVC number if you are not already familiar with process. It will not recognize the number until 2go has the VISA package from the US Embassy.

    It usually takes 1 week after the interview before 2go actually receives it.

    how about if I'am goin' to pick it up at Robinsons Ermita,,will it also take 1 week for 2go to receive it?

    Do i need to take all the vaccine listed on the required vaccine for U.S. immigration.

    no,,you don't need to acquire all this things.it depends on your case or your history the doctors will be the one to decide which vaccine is applicable for you..

    It would be okay to just have my wife sign the DS-3032 and send all the documents together..

    DS-3032 doesn't need to be mailed separately?? She is mailing everything to me and I am doing all the forms, all she is doing is signing her name where required!!!!

    she would be the one to sign it not you,,if you don't have an attorney or an agent then tell her to appoint you as her choice of agent..tell her to e-mail the ds-3032 to NVC.. :bonk:

    I am Sarah and i am the Beneficiary, I just wanted to get your comments all we will need the below mentioned documents for NVC process. I am seeing many approvals and inshAllah we will get ours this month or early next month .I know there are many guides and i have read them so many times, i am going to email my husband all these before he leaves for Pakistan end of this month . I want him to be prepared and get the I-864,tax transcripts ,IRS tax information before he comes here so we can process our NVC without any delay.

    What i willl need to provide :

    Marriage certificate (original)

    Police Certificate (original)

    Two Passport size photos from beneficiary

    Beneficiary’s passport biographic page (Photocopy)

    Beneficiary’s birth certificate (Certified)

    DS-3032 (Choice of Agent)

    DS-230 (Completed Part I & II and Only Sign Part I)

    From my husband we would need

    I-864 is known as the Affidavit of Support.

    IRS Tax information - 1 year is required, up to 3 years may help.

    Tax Transcripts, optional but may help. Call the IRS to get it FREE! 1 (800) 829-1040

    ( Am i missing anything ??)

    Okay now i want to know do we need to get birth certificate from NADRA ? or marriage certificate attested from Nadra as well or the ones we send copies of with out I130 will be enough? Does my husband have to provide any details of his bank accounts or Assets ?

    One more question what if we get approval when he is in Pakistan? can we still Call NVC at 603-334-0700 to get NVC Case# ??

    Any help , suggestion , information will be highly appreciated .

    today, we received a letter from the NVC which is the Checklist Cover Letter,,it state there that they are already done with our AOS however they are still waiting for our DS-230,,we passed it already the day after we passed our AOS.. :( :(

    what does this Checklist Cover Letter means?

    do we need to send again the DS-230 package??

    i need your help badly..please..
