guys, just got the P4 emails for my parents their interview will be on April 16, 6:15am

I don't have either. Case close Jan. 23. after 2 weeks got my appointment letter for my mom.

IR5 petitions for both of my parents was Case Complete last Feb. 14 according to the NVC operators but i haven't receive any case complete emails yet. It's been 12 days now. Do i need to worry about not receiving any case complete emails???

the USCIS didn't want to replace my GC, they said that the port of entry officer should not change my status/category, don't know what to do now???

on my port of entry the officer told me that he upgraded me from CR1 to IR1 because he sees that im married for 5 years but now i just received my green card and my category is still CR1. what can i do about it? pls. help. who can i call or something?

If you had been married for 5 years at POE that means you had been married for over 4 years when your visa was issued(assuming you did use the visa within the original 6 months validity)so why were you issued CR1 in the firstplace??

i don't know to NVC, because at first my status was F2A then when my wife was us citizen we ask for an upgrade and they made it CR1 at NVC. but at the port of entry they gave me an IR1.

hi, i received my green card today after 3 weeks of waiting.

NVC approved my petition having a CR1 status but at the port of entry the officer have found out that we have been married for 5 years that's why he upgraded my category to IR1 and stamp my passport with IR1 and told me that i will have a IR1 resident card but the card that was delivered to me was CR1?

what do you think i can do about this? can they change my card category to IR1 if i will call USCIS?

hi, i just had my interview this morning, they just asked for the ITR of my wife and ITR of my co-sponsor, and the Pre-screener just had a quick look on our photo album, they just asked questions about my wife and her family in US. after the CO ask few questions he just said "OK, just sit in the waiting area and finish the process"., I didn't asked him if i got approved because i'm not sure if it's okay to asked him, hehehe.., I think his not having a good day that's why i didn't asked him..

now i'm confused i really don't know if i got approved or wat....

some appliances are autovolts (110V-220V); some have a voltage selector which you can choose between 110V and 220V, most of the time they are located at the back or near the power cable. you can read it in the sticker of the appliances about the voltage ranges of the appliances. if not you can buy a Transformer here in the philippines, just be Cautious with the Amperes and Wattage it provides or else the Transformer or your appliances will burn...

2GO commercial courier is the authorized courier service provider for the visa units. The issued visa will be delivered to the applicant's designated address at no additional cost. Applicants also have the option to pick up the visa at the nearest 2GO branch.

you have to use 2GO service, there is also an option to just pick-up the visa to the nearest 2GO outlet in your vicinity...

After how many days from your case completed date?

uhmm, my case was upgraded from F2A to CR1 last Feb.

My case was final review last Feb. 18 and got the appointment letter thru email last March 3.

I think after the case is completed it will be on final review for 1-2 weeks.

in my case, we received an email from NVC; attached is my appointment letter\interview date...

What ever floats your boat!!! Milk products create mucous which coats the linings of the lungs. Maybe this product creates more then most. Maybe the enzymes act to congeal the mucous to cover the scar tissue? I have heard this from more than one individual. I think this is used to normalize blood chemistry. The worst thing that could happen is an upset stomach and the "RUNS".

NVC sends out the casefile once the final review is completed.

Suggest you ask yer USC Spouse to call NVC, get a Human, inquire for case status,

and inquire about dates on the final review process (start, finished)

so after the final review process that will be the time that they will give me an interview date? how long is this final review process?

before my Preference Category is F2A and waiting for an interview date. After my wife becomes a US citizen, she upgrade it to CR1.

The NVC notify us that our new Preference Category is CR1 and told us that as soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified.

We just want to know how long would it take the NVC to give us an interview date? Do you think it will be on April???

Will the NVC send my documents (DS-230.. etc..) to the US embassy manila?

I have a personal copy of the NBI...for i sent the half of that...i dont think we will still have to get another set of that for its an original too....I hope not....
