I have a job offer with a US Employer. I work for a Tech company in Canada and our authorized reseller wants to bring me down to America and work in a sales related function. They want me to assist with sales, training on the product and customer service. We do not own our reseller. The only ownership we have is the licesense agreement for the reseller to sell our product and we can yank it at any time for any reason. Can anyone give me some ideas what visa I should go for? The reseller has asked me to help them find a visa that works to get me into the company.
