Need help,I am rescheduling my oath ceremony due to family emergency and it says on the paper that I have to sent back the original copy of Oath Ceremony letter and an explanation letter why I cant come on the given date. Now im wondering if I have to answer the back page of the paper before returning it back. Thanks in advance.

Some area was just so lucky. I filed mine May 2016 had my Interview December 2016 and im still waiting for my Oath..

Does your receipt # starts with IOE??If so, were in the same case. Jean, In my case I sent my DS3032 tru e-mail and after a week I also received an email of DS3032(again ) pdf.A friend of mine told me that I dont need to send another DS3032 since I already sent one(tru e-mail) But if u want to send a DS3032 w/ signature tru snail mail its alright

Hi Guys!Need some advice.Hubby & I already pay our AOS & IV fee bill.We already have all the required documents.My husband submit our AOS packet last week. Now I wonder if they will send us an e-mail or a notice that we could send the IV packet as our next step OR we could submit the packet w/o any notice since AOS and IV packet are on their different tracking.I mean whats next after we submit the AOS packet..Please guys enlighten me!

The barcode will be generated after you pay the IV (immigrant visa fee). You should be able to print it after your fee payment shows 'PAID' on the payment portal. YES... you must absolutely print and submit the barcode sheet as the cover sheet of your DS-230. This is the only way NVC has to match up your documents with your case file as soon as possible and efficiently once your documents arrive at NVC. (Same goes for email / Electronic Processing too).

There is nothing wrong with doing this ahead of time.. I did that for my husband..!

You didn't need to re-post the response you got as it's in your first post.

And you're sure you included both the petitioner's and beneficiary's full names? Both of your birth dates? Both of your emails? And you included the case number in the subject line?

And whether you pay the AOS first or send the DS-3032 first, it doesn't matter. They're both completely different tracks at NVC.

Oh.Sorry coz I re-post the response I received from NVC.Hope u don't mind because I am just confused of their response.And Yea I did include all of those info's needed.And I follow the template of how to send DS3032 tru e-mail. Maybe I need To pay First our AOS fee bill.But as what I read they are on different track.. Could I send my DS3032 twice?

Reading the auto-response, it doesn't sound like you included the right information in the email. Please read the wiki here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form If you follow the instructions correctly, then you should get an acceptance within a few business days.

it's ok you sent the 1st thing (choice of agent) now go here Immigrantvisas.state.gov click on Pay the Affidavit of Support processing fee then click on online payment after you've done so you will go through a set of questions and just answer then to get in. When your bills have generated up on the system you will be able to pay both of your bills for the AOS AND IV if you can pay both of them at the same time AOS is 88 and IV is 404 dollars. After you've paid them wait a couple days for it to show up paid then print out both bar coded cover letters and send them and all of the information required for both applications in at the same time if you can. this way it saves you a lot more time. Hello!Thanks for your immediate response.We just pay our AOS fee bill right now and its still on the process.It is said that we need to wait for about 2-3bussiness days before it will appear PAID on fee status.But its ok Im just confused now on the AUTO RESPONSE sent to me by NVC when i send them my DS3032 tru email.

After a long wait of 7 mos & 3days for our NOA2 atlast we received it last May 31,2011.And Yesterday June 15 we received on our e-mail a letter from NVC. A very first letter from them it has our Case Number there,our AOS(affidavit of support) fee bill w/ barcode and INN, and the DS3032 aka Choice of Agent.

I am confused about this:

1. What will be our first thing to do. To pay the AOS fee bill or send the DS3032 or choice of agent?

they both send an i864, your husband as sponsor and his sister as joint sponsor. they don't live at the same place.

We're confused about the difference between I-1864 and I-1864A .In our case my husband which is my sponsor didn't reach the poverty line so we decided to get his eldest sister as our co-sponsor.She had a job,don't have husband & baby yet and currently living on her apartment,for short they're not living on the same house (My husband & his sister) we already have those requirements needed on co-sponsoring but we're confused on what form will my sister in-law will be filling up the I-1864 or the I-1864A. Oh sorry..I didnt know that you're a K1 visa..For spousal visa our affidavit of support form is I-1864 and to a K1 visa your form for your affidavit of support is I-134

No,they are not living at the same house

We haven't yet receive our NOA2 but husband and I talks about getting her sister as co-sponsor.So husband and his sister prepared this.

Co-sponsor: ITR, ITS, form I-1864A, Birth Cert/Passport copy,Last 3 years tax return, copies og wage slip or W2, Letter of employment.. hmm I hope it will help..

The fact that you got the RFE shows you they are working on the case. It can take from two weeks to two months to have the RFE reviewed & the case approved. You should be close to that now. USCIS can not & will not tell you anymore about the case because its in the hands of the officer now.

The USC can find the Congressman or Senators web site easily. They all have a form to download that allows them to begin to help? with the case. Once the form is sent you can expect to wait about a month to hear from them. They will tell you the case is under review. The only value in contacting them is to allow you to feel you have done all you could do. Take note that the USC doesnt even know who they are or how to request help. We dont care until we need them. They dont care because we dont vote for them based on their voting record on immigration issues. My husband found them to be useless.

Believe me I know how you feel. My own case took 408 days. It is tough to go thru this seemingly endless journey but its almost over for you & you will soon have what you want. Think of the many that have gone thru this very thing & succeeded just as you will.

Hi Ning!Thanks for your response Yea,the moment we received our RFE was kinda relief for me coz it just show that they are looking & working to our case.Im happy that theres a lot of people here who can understand how a wife like me feels to live far from her husband. We both miss each other and we often had an arguments because Im always asking about our petition and hes getting mad coz he cant do anything. For this situation, we just take any possibly ways for the improvement of our petition even if it looks impossible lolzz..We last saw each other december 28,2009 and he cant go here coz of work & thats reason also why we want to take any other ways.But our communication through online is constant although we always do chatting on YM,SKYPE and even calling me on phone almost every hour of our day isnt enough.I hope God makes this journey smooth for us..Thanks a lot Ning,it makes me feel better.And we'll still try to wrote a letter to their congressman..Godbless Ning!

tell them they ask for further info and u complied and the day you sent it in..and you know nothing about your case then..my liaison for my congressman actually told me this to tell her what my rfe was for and when i send it in so she can follow up ..so they do it on rfe's too..good luck..
