    Hi Guys!Need some advice.Hubby & I already pay our AOS & Iv fee bill.We already have all the required documents.My husband submit our AOS packet last week.Now I wonder if they will send us an e-mail or a notice that we could send the IV packet or we could submit the packet.I mean whats next after we submit the AOS packet..Please guys!

    hello everyone,i sent my DS3032 tru e-mail last week & now I got a response from the NVC stating that they accept my request for my Choice of Agent.Do i still need to send Ds3032 w/signature tru mail(pos office)??

      Somebody told me that its better to send DS3032 in both ways.Coz the barcode & signature which is on the actual form of DS3032 is important.Im confusing now.Have u sent ur Ds3032 already?

      There's no need to send your choice of agent in the mail if NVC has already confirmed that they got your DS3032 thru email..

    We pay our AOS bill last week thursday,but till now it still "In Process" status.It is said that we will just wait for about 2-3 bussiness days to get it PAID. we're waiting for our cover sheet :( How many days usually an AOS status get paid?

    oh!boy we're still waiting for our noa2.We almost reach our 7th month waiting for our noa2 and yet theres still now update to our case..arrrgg.

      Hi Channah@Aaron!Yea..a very stressful stage is waiting not the interview or the preparation.The waiting for something that theres no exact date to be expected.hayss :( Hubby & I are stressed thinking of our NOA2. I tried to sent an email at VSC to follow up our case.I hope I'll receive a response to them this week.

    I feel so down right now thinking that were still waiting for RFE or NOA2 for almost 5mos.The only thing i want is to be with my husband,i miss him terribly!Please Lord be with us,especially right now im depress :( Its not fair to suffer in distance..

      I hate that there's really no way to expedite the process, and what irritates me more is that you can never get a life operator when trying to reach ucis.

      Yea!We received our NOA1 oct.27 so our 5th month also is on 27th of march.I really hope that we could have our NOA2 before end of march.Its too much of waiting,for us couples that living far from our loves ones :(

      @yasie: Yea we dont have the choice to speed up the process we just have to wait and extend our patience..When ur calling the ucis is there a representative answering ur calls?coz when my husband & I called the service center only the machines received our calls so theres no way of asking an advice or something to our case :( Still im willing to wait..Hope & I prayed to God for our NOA2 VJ sisters :)

      we are also october filer vsc, almost almost 5 months na rin sa amin pero ti now wala pa rin updates. We are patiently waiting for it. Pag pray nalang natin mga sis na sana tayo naman ang maaproved.

      Hi Sis!Yun na nga eh for sure my RFE kmi kc kulang ung pinasa ng asawa ko sa first step nmin :( but its ok sana lng khit ung RFe nlang una nla ipadala huhu!pra macomply na nmin ung kulang.Nkaka stress din pla ang mghintay.nakakainit ng ulo khit pa sbhin ntin sis na mahaba pasensya ntin..huhu!kaloka nto..sana tayo na nman..

    haha!ok rana dai uie just hang on there.Muabot rana stoa akoa pud lage my God.Stress nko cge paabot anang NOA2 october me nagfile.For sure naa me RFE ky kulanga moa gipasa during filing namo.So kinahanglan pa nmo icomply ang kulang bago mkadawat ug NOA2 and i hope it wont take so long.Yep actually ilokana bisaya ko hahaha pro mas hawd ko mgbisaya..Tga davao city ko.Dghan nata!yeheyyy

    Hi lilredandwolf!Im good.Ito still waiting for NOA2 ayy este RFE kc sure kmi padadalhan kmi ng RFE kc may kulang kmi pg file nmin ng petition so pg na comply ung kulang tska pa nmin mareceive ang NOA2 :( pero ok lng bsta sana bilisan ng VSC..i him hubby terribly.Ikaw kmusta?

    It's been a year and a months of misery living far from my husband.I miss him terribly!Still waiting for RFE coz i know we need to comply sumting and after that we're hoping for our NOA2.October filers rock!!!

      sis ngayon lang araw dumating, makaka relate na ako for real kung ano ang noa1 haha. lets just hold on sis kung ano mang paghihirap na to kaka antay isipin na lang natin nahihirapan din sila.. asawa ko lagi niya sinasabi na it will be worth it at the end..
