Hi there. I'm about to file up for a k1 visa and after reading all the great material found in here I'm Left with 2 questions. Mind you she is in Cuba

1. Do I need to send a birth certificate of the beneficiary?.

2. If the beneficiary has never been married do I need to submit a never marriage certificate?.

I have a girlfriend in Cuba and would love to bring her over to the USA

I'm an American citizen

Never applied for this type of visa ever

My question is

Which option should I use to bring her over as I see there are multiple ones

Keep in mind please she has an underage child which I would love to bring too
