DO NOOOOOOOOOOOTTT wait for packet 3. we never received packet3. you can view packet 3 online at the new delhi embassy website. make sure you have all documents they are requesting as they can take time to get but if u have them all then send back the 2 forms to vfs TODAY

you have to wait for the embassy to tell you. but once they give u the date u can call the hospital and move it to a different day. just make sure u have all those documents done and ready to go. ur taxes and indians plice certification and passport cert.

hey i saw you had something like 221g missing. I think we might have this too but not sure bc VFS and usa embassy is so terrible at communicating. we're still waiting for passport with visa stamp. did you get yours yet? How long did it take? Did you have to do any work for 221g? please tell me your situation.

that's for a k1 visa. just go to the embassy website and in the search type in packet 3 and then slect which one u want.

oh and beware of the indians that work at the embassy. they are ####### too. fortunately, the americans that work there are really nice and helpful. i actually just wrote a complaint to the embassy expressing just that. told them vfs is ###### and the indians working at the U.S. embassy are rude and have some ego issues. but yea, these types of visas allow the fiance to go. tourist visas dont allow

What does she do for work. and then "Ok this visa has been approved" another couple there got asked a lot of questions on their w2s and taxes but they didn't ask for mine. it all depends on...

I just typed you a comment but have no idea where it went! anyways, we got our email that our noa2 was approved yesterday!! I will call NVC on monday to see if what to do next. like i said, we are in goa so we won't receive the hardcopy with instructions they mailed to my home in the u.s. so hopefully nvc will tell me what to do over the phone. do u know how long nvc takes?

wow! thanks for the great information. We just registered online and saw last update march 15. we hired an attorney to do our i129f and she included all that information like affidavit and proof of relationship in the file. so uscis automatically sends the file to nvs? And then nvc will automatically send it to the embassy and then the embassy will contact us for an interview?
