I would like to bring my two sons 3 years old and 1 year to the US. they are both born here in the philippines and both obtain a CRBA ang US passports. Me and their Father didnt get along, we split and he has his new family now and also live here in philippines. we are not married we just had a 2 sons.he both recognizes our two son and besides my two sons used his family name.

my questions

what type of visa that i can apply for?...any suggestion please..i have heard that they wont allow tourist/visitors visa applicant if theres USC involved?..is it true? but me and their father were no longer together.. responses are highly appreciated... God Bless Us.
