Embassy call this morning. Told my husband to come in tomaorrow (11/19/2012 @ 3pm and pick up his visa!

My husband had his interview today. We the Asian lady. He said she was stern, yet respectful. Asked him questions about my job, family. After told him to get him Medical renewed and have me send my original tax transcripts for 2008. After the end of the interview he asked, what should I tell my wife. She said you will get your visa after you return with these documents. I am happy. Allhumdulillah

Yes the Medical, Police expire after 3-6 months.

What where the reasons you husbands visa was denied? What was the reasons on your intent to revoke letter?

How long does it take for the process to expire?

how long did it take for you to get an interveiw after they sent you, you reaffriming letter? I filled an I 130. Did you as well

Really! I was told my husband will not have an interveiw. just an appointment to pick up his visa.

I just recived a letter reaffirming my case. I am curious to know what happened in you case so I can have an Idea.
