At this point I can't believe anything until I see it. I know eventually I will get approved.

I really would like to know how long it typically takes to approve a case. Then again, the fact that our cases were just picked up and the dust blown off of them, would lead to a lot of workload for this month of February.

However, it has to be said, they put themselves in this position. It should of never happened. If I go past March 1st without an approval...I may become a Troll...lol

Hi guys, not sure if this is good or bad news.....

I just got off the phone with USCIS and confirmed that by 2/28/11, I will receive an answer (yay/nay/RFE)... He also suggested expediting my petition because once I get the approval, expedited petitions will go directly to NVC (not sure what this means or if it is so).....

He also confirmed that currently they are processing petitions with a priority date of 9/16/2010.

He open two service requests and said I would receive an answer within 5 days……and if I did not receive any answers or any status updates to email directly TSC…..he gave me an email address and suggested to email them after the 5days are up…

Not sure if anyone has seen or received this email address before, but its first for me…. I am not going to bombard them with emails now… I am going to wait to the 28th… I dont want to run the risk of them putting me on the bottom of the pile...

Hello how are you doing,please i got an RFE which they said that THE CASE WAS HAULTED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PHOTOS ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION....I remember we added some pics of our relationship to it..and i also my big size passport photo is in there too,but i have not put in my wifes big size passport photo,does it mean they need hers?,can someone please help out.

no they must be small PP size to meet with the requirement of 2x3

If you have NOA2 hard copy why not just send that and your petition to NVC? A desperate move, but it just might work.

Only time will tell if they REALLY DO IT well by next week you will know soon enough

There are still some June filers here still without a NOA-2 here waiting for approval

8 months behind and 3 months past approval time for national averages.

You have at least until june or july before any approval at least,

maybe longer if it get worse. Your looking at interview at this rate until October

When sending the I-485, do they have to send the medical form as well?
