Can someone give me a few specifics on "file AOS"? What forms and documents will I need? Where do I file it? Do I need to make an appointment?
Check this out My linkThis will guide you through the process.
Good Luck

Thanks so I see we were not the only ones I hope yours is in the delivery to Domesa today as ours is supposed to be. I am still waiting to hear from my fiancee tonight to see what she has found out.
We are calling their office 3 times a day, apparently they have morning afternoon and evening deliveries. I just called Domesa to see if they'd do something else by saying I was calling from the US but it didn't work. All I got was "call tomorrow at 7am to see if it came overnight". Good luck to you!

What did you send with your package? You are supposed to send all of those documents along with the I129f application

He was not pressured to bring in the physical copy of his social security card by either of the companies he worked for, and let me say one of the companies he worked for is a VERY LARGE Company...Goes to show how ILLEGALS(not my husband) can get legit jobs~loopholes I guess..I wonder once we file the paper work, and they know where he is working if they will stir up trouble with his employer because they hired him without him submitting proper authorization...hmmm oh well it is what it is thats not his fault...
But he was still working without authorization, because it is supposed that you are only allowed to work on campus with an F1 visa. Does he actually have a social security card and has paid his taxes every year?
DAS Records No Longer Needed
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

I had my interview last July and did not ask for my fiance's DAS records (petitioner), but they asked for mine. They were in the process of updating the list of requirements, so that might have changed already. Good luck!
