On the nvc website where you can log in to make payment it asks
Select one of the following roles that best describes your relationship to the case: Principal Applicant, Attorney, Petitioner, or Third-party Agent.1. Can anyone explain what each of these are? I am the beneficiary living in the UK and my wife is the USC who is petitioning. So whats the rest?
2. Am i allowed to log in to view the payments? if so which dropdown do i even choose?

On March 11, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

just noticed they updated the alert yesturday

At last a response!! Apparently its in california again now no idea when that happened. Anyway feels good to have this tiny update or even hearing from them at all.
Heres what they emailed me:
Thank you for contacting us about your I-130 petition. We understand the effects our processing times can have on applicants and are working diligently to shorten the processing time. Your I-130 is located at the California Service Center and we are forwarding your inquiry to them for a response. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. -
Still no noa2 for me yet, a bunch of touches the last few days and now nothing. I had emailed angela friday 2 weeks ago and followed up last week friday but she never answered either email. I tried the I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov yesturday but nothing from them yet either.

my case got updated again today still says initial review.. guess they are working the weekend too

Same as danger fire, i just got the touch/last updated date change. I'm still on initial review but hopefully it means something is gonna happen soon.

Mine is taking ages...it was moved to texas and has said the text below since sometime after moving there in november.
I really hope it gets approved soon, its been a really long wait...
The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. -
