  2. Hey guys, Im pleased to say we have passed our CR1 interview at the London embassy today and i will post a full review later after i nap but my question is:

HOW LONG DO YOU REALISTICALLY THINK IT WILL TAKE TO GET THE VISA DELIVERED? , I paid extra to have it delivered before 8am but im just wondering as tickets are cheaper to buy in advance and money after this journey is running low as you guys could imagine.

Thanks for your help in advance. If any people have had their interview and could tell me how long it took that would be even better

  3. We have a June 21st appt date for our K3 but all our paperwork for our approved I-130 will be at Manila Embassy way before our interview. We will be most likely processed through the CR1 and trying to get an idea of how long it will take to get the Visa in my wife's hand from time of interview because we need to book an airline ticket. Prices are already around $1,000 for One Way Ticket to Washington D.C. and ANA Airlines offers NO PENALTIES for making changes to trip plans. We would just have to pay the price difference in fare at that time. Anyone have some good estimates of how long it will take to get Visa in my wife's plan upon approval at interview?

Hey, Here in london i have read that it could be as quick as the next working day .. but im guessing two or three days after your interview the visa will be with you

    good luck

oh FYI i have found that a reyurn ticket is cheaper than a one way ticket.

  4. Hey,

Keep your chin up, I was or should i say still feel the same as you, my Wife is in the US and im here in the UK. I have found being apart the hardest thing i have ever done. Even tho we chose a different route to yourself our stories are the same, we miss our partners so much.

We chose to marry then apply for a spouse visa, kinda looking back it would of been quicker for a K1 visa but at the time we just wanted to commit our selfs while i was visiting last July.

Constantly i lock my self away from people as i find this helps me make the days go quicker because a day down is a day closer to seeing my beautiful wife. Having a long distance relationship is the hardest kind, i believe and if you can get through all the trust issues and arguments because your so far away then guess what.... you will have the best relationship in history when you finally are reunited.

so again chin up and good luck

  5. Hey, after the medical it took me 4 days and that was over the weekend 2. Knightsbridge doctors were the company to do my medical and they forward all medical result to the embassy.

Hope this helps, also i called the company on the 4th day and they actually told me all was ok with the medical and that the embassy had received the results that day.
