      Hello sis, packet 3 is the eligibility letter that the USembassy Manila will send to u. Packet 4 is the documents of the paper support that ur hunny will gonna send to u. And no need to wait for the packets to receive. You can have ur medical anytime as long as you have ur mnl case number. Just bring a copy of ur NOA2, passport and a photocopy with you!!

      And u can start gathering documents needed for ur interview like the ds-forms and etc. Pay the visa and you can schedule interview through online or by phone.
