    yes but before we can do that, we need to pay the visa fee right? And we want to make sure, yes we do have the letter form NVC already with a case number on it, but the question is... Do we need to wait for the letter from US Embassy that we are eligible for medical or interview before paying such? Thank you

      even you dont the eligibility letter from the US embassy cus usually they dont wait it anymore you start ur medical then, pay ur interview fee at BPI. then call the USEM for your schedule of interview.

      @mikeleng, Thank you for the concern. Oh really I can have the medical exam even before the 1 or 2 weeks period before the scheduled interview date?
