I spoke to IO 4times within 15 days apart and I was told the same answer pending.. And yesterday they said.. Your case has been assign since last April 12 to 18.. .and also said that they have not seen any note were saying for Deny ,RFE, then I should allow 14 to 20 days by mail.. This all the info was given so far..

My priority date Dec 14,2012 filing for spouse/children of US citizen . two case has been pending from USCIS But one of them has been already process at NVC i dont get any Noa2 and that matter I called to ask why this case still pending, apparently the case has been accepted from NVC. And other one was still pending yesterday I call and they said .your case has been assign.. Its almost 8months this 14

on I-864 form I myself a petitioner and the primary sponsor due to don't have enough income so my parent ( mother) will be the co sponsor, plus my employer also included .. I have a question on 1.d. & 1.e from the part one(1) Which of those line will them to check..

1.d. > I am the only joint sponsor

1.e. > I am the __ first ___ second of joint sponsor

and for part two(2) principal immigrant information for alien registration #..what do I put?

On part 3 information of the immigrant that I have sponsored am lil bit confuse

I have three(3) cases in one family which who are 2 minor and my wife.. so should I have to put their names on the family member 1 -6

if it doesn't just mark none? or what is correct.

I just need to verify before sending out , In regards for sponsoring, I (petitioner) a sponsor ,employed full time job earning 22k annually my income would not be capable to meet that poverty level, my employer offer to help me to sponsor my case, my question is my employer would be the Co-sponsor? or joint sponsor.. and they( employer) should fill up form I-864 too? or I-864A? or any form of AOS

I'm the petitioner on behalf of my beneficiary case, which is two are now on NVC and I do have NVC case # and it was received last may 16,2013 . on last may 20 I received AOS& DS-3032.. afterwards I call them up for further question, before I was assist I was asked few question for verifying both information but then on the last question for Date of birth of my beneficiary( minor child) I was told it did not matched on their system, then I was ask to submit of her passport or birth certificate thru E-mail so they can fixed it before they process,

but then until now I haven't heard anything from them by mail or text/email its been 2 weeks since was sent. Due to this process do you think I should wait on them or I can pay the AOS & sent back DS-3032 , am very worried my case.

And the other one case.. I called many times and ask if this case NVC # already available if it does, then I was told they are processing and they already have the case on their system, but then how long I need to wait, as I've seen other people case in NVC step, its very quick to have that process after they receive their NOA2 its just one week apart when NVC had their case, I know each applicant have different scenarios,

How many people are immigrating? You can have different joint sponsors for each, but not more than one for one immigrant (unless husband and wife team). If the parents make enough money, let them sponsor.

as I understand.. I the petitioner and a sponsor on this case will file I-1864 and on I-1864A will be the supporting documents to show a sufficient income that on I-1864 does not meet the 125% poverty line income.

I had been reading the guildlines many times but im still get confuse apologize people, three of them I had file, which is two are minor, that's why. and most of the things am so very lack of experience when it comes to immigration process .. am so thankful who have a good heart to shared their ideas and intellect of knowledge. anyone can gave me a hint please I received a letter with a barcode right on top thru mail from NVC stating that the immigrant visa petition filed on behalf of (beneficiary name)has become eligible for further processing at the NVC

Honestly I haven't received a NOA2 or any letter from USICS.. of this case was it normal? do i need to call NVC or USCIS or have nothing to do

on the next step of process.. when Paying AOS thru online.. and also for DS-3023 it just mail it back.. or i could do it online thru e-mail
