Wow , i am simply amaze about all this things. A us citizen relative can adjust status inside of the USA. My mother came with a Visa and i send I-130, I-485, I-864, and the employment Form. A week ago and my mother just receive her notice of action. Dont listen to all this #######, send the papers , i came with a visa and here i married my husband and now i am a USA CITIZEN. It was my husband right and now its my right to have my mother with me. Go for it.

receive a case update, the service center sent me the oath letter on Nov 14th. as soon a receive it, I will confirm the date !!

Approved!!! Here is my experience today: i got to the office really early lol my interview was at 10:15 and i wait 20 minutes to be interview. When i heard my number, a blond woman came out the door. She repeated my number and i confirm, she ask me first to raised my right hand and to swear , then she ask me as a confirmation , the information on the application, and she ask me 3 time in different order how many times i was married. Then when she finish , she started with the civic question : what mean free of religion, when the constitution was written, and how many U.s.a senator are, and name one country that border with canada. I read one sentence: i understand the united states law: and i wrote one sentence: We pay Taxes. That was all. She told me that i was approved and gave me a paper. From now and 5 days i will received my oath appointment and finish hahahahahha im so happy . Thank you guys for your support . Good luck to the people still in line. Kisses

Hello im already here, the took my finger prints and gave me a number , they stamp the number with a CIV. Done in green what this mean?

My interview is tomorrow , im so nervious about the civic question , i hope god iluminate my mind so i remenber everything. I will let you know in detail tomorrow how was everything. Good night!

The exam is going to be mostly verbal and they will ask you to write down one sentence.
I have an app on my phone called US Citizenship Flashcards. It was free. I don't have an iPhone but I'm sure they have it or something like it on there. Just do a search.

. Hi, spect to be in line 30 days prior to your Green Card anniversary not your marriage anniversary . Sept 17 in line , a tentative dateJuly 17, 2013 - and no violation other than $85 speeding ticket. That's it. Simple case under 3 years happily married.

Have you been put "in line" as yet? Scheduling for interview isn't usually done until after you've been put in line. It looks as though that happens approximately 1 month before your anniversary date if you filed within the 90 day window. I suppose this is done to make sure no one gets interviews before their anniversary since interviews are typically scheduled at least one month out. In contrast, people who've been eligible for a long time get put in line pretty much immediately.
Depending on how busy your field office is you might get a "scheduled for interview" notification shortly after the "in line" one. If you're going through a busy office however, be prepared for more wait time between the "in line" and "scheduled" text/email.

Congrats on getting your bio shortly! I believe that at the time of the biometrics they give you a booklet and a CD that you can use to study for the test. So far I've used a free app on my smart phone and printed out the questions with answers from the USCIS website. I will listen to the CD when I'm driving in my car when I get my copy at the bio appt.
Hola! I'm using the Flash cards, downloaded the pdf version on my cell phone and practice every now and then... Also sent the file to my husband so he can ask me questions randomly.

The format of the list is so confusing , you can't tell how long a person last in receive his or her first NOA , cause what you guys have there is a priority date and nobody have this dates in their signature.

No moral?? What you know if we have or not moral? Just by reading your comment i know what you are!! It's by law that your inmidiate relatives can adjust status in this country. Stop using this forum to let out what you think, this is a help forum for immigrant and obviously your intentions are not to healp. But really ! Your comments do not deserve an answer.
