this is what i did two weeks ago, i didn't wait for the packet to arrive. i schedule my interview right away over the phone (you need to know the MNL CASE #) then after mo na schedule yong interview ask the customer service to email you a copy, bring a copy of your schedule sa St. Lukes. (you don't need to have schedule sa St. Lukes. good luck
