Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had experience of getting an H1b status approved while being in the US and then returning to their own country to get the actual visa stamped in the passport. I esp would be interested in advice from people that did it in Moscow.

Should I still fill out DS 160? What fees should I pay? What other docs to bring to the interview?

In fact how should I file if I am currently on H1B, but am married now. (we got married in December last year).

can I use some of the collective wisdom to answer a very stupid question I have:

what do I send in first with I 130? I got married 2 months ago and I am still on H1B, need to adjust.

Could you please list EXACTLY what I should put into the envelope?

I have read all the instructions and am still lost.
