ohhh, I see. my bad. but no, I just wanted it that way. there's no such restriction in here that no one/ nobody should use caps lock key,. Plus OMG that really bothers you guys, why wouldn't you just reply with the right answer and help each other instead of focusing on non-sense stuff like MR. You're totally allowed to post wherever you want and i'm sorry you didn't have a good interview BUT it's important that you post that you are not AOSing from a family visa like everyone else in this forum is, and that you have over 4.5 years of overstay. This is important because it makes a HUGE difference to your case... and the OP need not freak out because their situation is entirely different.

I'm sorry for your troubles. Hope you're able to sort it out.

Just had my interview today. Similar situation, my husband is independent contractor ( he's a musician) so no permanent employment, I was so worried that we need to produce 2010 tax return. I just brought the copied checks from some of his last gigs. The IO never asked for it. I got aprroved today!!!

Amin the same situation husband is unemployed from august interview is the 16th , but.he receives unemployment checks am not sure watt to do
