hi sis sorry now qu lng nbsa post mu but anyway if u already pay the visa fee and u have a letter na from embassy u can schedule ur interview, mhirap tlga if cellphone ga2mitn mu to call try my tru online then once na hnd mu natapos at ala kn time call ka sa call center nila around 6am to 8am kc busy hous na cla ng mga 8 hnggng hapon

Hey i called the 1-800-375-5283. Eventually you get an option to report a problem with your application thats when u get to talk to a live person but dont count on them being much of a help as they read from a script. At least that was my experience let me know how it goes for you.
