Hey everyone.
I just noticed the criminal history section in the instructions. This section is not for the petitioners right?
Thanks

For resident w/conditions, do the 2 years (conditional years) count for the 3 year requirement for citizenship or does it start when the applicant receives the 10yr visa?
Thanks

Cool thanks for your response. Good point on both our drivers license. Thanks again OBX.

Anyone else that has it approved already, or sent it in? Is my evidence good enough?

Hey all,
We are about to send out our I-751. This is the evidence we've put together:
1. Copies of the passport and green card of Jane Doe.
2. Copy of Social Security card of Jane Doe.
2. AR-11 & I-865 for address change.
3. Copy of Drivers License of Jane Doe.
4. Copies of our 2008 and 2009 joint US tax return.
5. Copy of title home insurance policy.
6. Copy of our Statutory Warranty Deed for the house we own together
7. Copy of Deed of Trust
8. Bank Statements with both of our names for over a year. Copy of other letters received from our Bank.
9. Copy of Utility Bills with both our names.
10. Copies of retirement plan statements.
11. Copy of Property tax statement
13. Copy of our visa/debit cards showing a joint account.
14. Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.
15. Copy of Dental insurance cards. Copy of Dental Explanation of Benefits for Jane Doe.
16. A congratulation letter from our real estate agent on our house.
17. Two pictures of us out enjoying time together
Do you think this would be enough evidence? or should we go through more stuff, and find more? Thanks for your input.

Thanks that really makes us feel better. Do you have an idea of how long the I-865 will take? and if we should just wait to file our I-751 for a little while?
-
Cool thanks for the replies. That was helpful.
So if i forgot to do the I-865 (planning to do it now, and send it in), is this going to be a problem for removal of conditions? It's been ~ a year
Just did the AR-11 online for my Wife. I hope this isn't going to be a problem for us. I can see people forgetting to change address. In our case the old address is even valid, since it's where my family lives (and we live for long periods of time). Although all evidence we are sending for i-751 is from our new house. Any one have experience with this?
Thanks again.

Hey All,
We are in the process of filing removal of conditions. I'm the sponsor, and have been a US citizen for all of my life do I still need to file a I-865 form?
Also, does anyone know how long it takes for USCIS to update their record for AR-11 and I-865?
Thanks.

No suggestions on this?
I'm in the process of filling out the AR-11 online. The other question is if I moved twice, do i fill it out twice? We stayed in an apartment for a short period of time. Is is possible to submit it twice? Thanks.

Hey All,
We are in the process of getting our I-751 put together. We have tons of evidence, and feel pretty good about things.
There is one item which concerns me a bit. We moved into a new house about a year ago, and I totally spaced filing out a address change (AR-11?). Although the old address is my parents house, and they still own it. We go there often to stay long periods of time when i'm off from work. I work remotely a lot. What do you guys think about my situation? Should I fill out an address change now, or should I assume it's okay since we go back and forth between both houses?
Thanks.
