Any guesses what that means??? APPROVED!!! Wahoooooooooooooo

Early word out of Paris... it took about two hours of waiting after the appointment time, but the actual interview only lasted a couple of minutes. His phone credit was running out, so I will update you with the details when I find them out myself. Bottom line: "you should receive your visa in 6-10 days"

Hoping ceciliaottawa and Terca can make this day even better!!!

CONGRATS KIMSUE!!!!!!!:dance::dance: so happy for you!!!!!!!!

  3. They grilled him in back room :( asked a lot of questions don't know all of them yet...he's in AP of course...but now they won't issue Visa until we can show my 18 yr old son doesnt' live with me..... and that he's 18... can i use the lease agreement showing proof of who lives with me, my sons drivers license showing his age dob and his address? the parenting agreement pages showing exact proof of child support documentation and who pays for what? please help me :(

I'm so sorry to hear that! All the docs u mentioned will work i think, and his school records that show his address maybe? I really don't know much about this....i will be praying for you. Hang in there!

  4. Hey all......

We are still here and alive. The continued separation from Gary is unbearable but I believe we should be almost done. I do have a question if anyone knows. What is holding us up it seems is the medical. Gary had a shadow on his lung because when he went for his first medical he had a terrible chest cold. he had his interview, consulate officer was EXTREMELY nice, asked him a few questions, noticed we had been expedited from USCIS stage and offered sympathy when he heard we were in the California Texas mess. Here is my question and I am guessing everything is OK. The officer told Gary that he understands the urgency to get his family reunited but Gary has to take another medical. it's scheduled for June 8th? Gary asked the officer if this means he is approved and the officer said...with a smile...we will reunite you and your family as soon as possible and they kept Gary's passport. Gary called consulate call center and in their records it shows they are waiting on approved medical and then they are processing to completion, any opinions on this situation?it seems pretty straight forward but after Texas we are very gun shy and scared. ok..PLEASE pray , I am so tired emotionally and so is Gary....I"ve been reading here but not posting because I've been feeling so down at times. CONGRATS to EVERYONE who has been reunited with their loved ones. Never take for granted on SECOND you get to spend with your spouse , when you can just reach out to them and give them a hug, or just sit with them in person, sleep with them and the beauty of waking up with them by your side. Peace and love to all of you!!!

    Hi!!

I really thought you were done with this "process" by now!

I am and will be praying for you. I am sure everything will go smoothly next week. Hang in there.

  6. Hi all, after 7 months of immigration procedure, i can finally say that we were approved this afternoon.:dance::dance:

My husband is still crying tear of joys and screaming his lungs out. I will post all the questions he was asked by tomorrow.

His interview which was scheduled for 8AM was delayed and pushed to 2 PM but overall he is pleased with how everything turns out. He said the CO was really nice and professional, asked lots of questions and was more interested in seeing pictures (specially traditional wedding ones). His interview lasted about 45mns he said because they were having such a great time and the CO told him that he is one in a few that he ever interviewed who had all their files together..

Thanks to each and everyone of you for the prayers, the thoughts or even just a word of encouragement or comfort. Special thanks to Omo for the phone calls and sms and being by my side every second throughout the night. It helps so much to know that someone was there for me to lean my head

Good luck to everyone and may God abundantly pours down his blessings on you. :)

CONGRATULATIONS JOLISA!!! TOUTES MES FELICITATIONS!!!!
